Correcting a fact

Tell us the page, the sentence, and what supersedes it. A vendor product page, a dated release, a filing or a partner listing are all enough. Corrections with a source get made and the page is restamped with a new verification date.

This category moves fast enough that a page can be right in one quarter and wrong the next, usually because a capability shipped, slipped or was renamed. Those are the corrections we most want to receive.

If you are the vendor

Correct anything factual about your own product and it gets fixed. What moves a position is evidence, not a campaign, and in this category the evidence that is missing is nearly always the same three things.

No vendor approves its own ranking, previews a page, or buys placement. Positions are our editorial read against the criteria published on every ranked page.

• A named bank or credit union running the product in production
• A capability moved from a roadmap date to generally available, with the date it shipped
• A published price, or any range a buyer could budget against
• Where a model runs, what it was trained on, and what leaves the institution
• A rename, an acquisition, or a product line that has been discontinued

Suggesting a tool we do not cover

Send the product name and one link showing it is sold to US banks or credit unions and running somewhere today. Coverage is deliberately wider than the phrase AI suggests, because the shortlist a lender is handed is wider, but a product still has to be purchasable and in production to be listed.

We do not make introductions, run selections, negotiate, or advise on a specific institution's decision. We have no pricing a vendor has not published and will not estimate any. Nothing here is legal, regulatory or model risk advice.
